Job Duties Include:

  • Water damage restoration tasks, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and removing damaged materials.
  • Fire restoration activities such as removing damaged materials, cleaning soot and smokeresidue, and deodorizing the space.
  • Mold remediation procedures, including containment, removal of affected materials, and applying antimicrobial treatments.
  • Carpet and tile cleaning techniques to remove stains, odors, and restore flooring to the original condition.
  • Post-construction detailed cleaning.
  • Content manipulation, pack-out, and cleaning.
  • Complete all job documentation on a daily basis.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist in the repair of residential or commercial properties where water or fire damage
    has occurred.
  • Proficient in at least one area of construction – drywall/plaster, floor installation, light
    framing, finish carpentry, and/or painting.
  • Basic construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Job Duties Include:
  • Initial damage assessment walkthrough with customer and attend meetings with customers, adjusters, and necessary representatives as needed.
  • Develop and implement job scope with all involved parties while maintaining IICRC standards and pro tocols.
  • Daily management of all assigned jobs to ensure scope of work is being completed as directed and all file documentation is completed/obtained.
  • Obtain sketch of damaged areas and complete XM8 estimate within required timeframes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
