DAI Restore Cruise Nights: Bring Cars, Community & Cause Together
When summer hits Rhode Island, it marks the return of Cruise Nights, hosted by DAI Restore. What started as a casual gathering for car lovers has grown into a beloved community tradition combining vintage vehicles, live music, and a powerful mission to support local veterans.
On the second Monday of each month from May through September, our lot transforms into a car show, open to the public and completely free to attend.
Every year, our Cruise Night events directly support Operation Stand Down Rhode Island (OSDRI), a nonprofit dedicated to helping local veterans get back on their feet through housing, legal services, job training, and access to basic needs. Attendees of our Cruise Nights are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations or contribute monetarily to OSDRI on-site.
This is our fifth year of hosting these car shows, and every year, our community out-does itself! At our May 2025 kickoff alone, we welcomed nearly 90 cars to the lot, proof that this event is a fan favorite every year.
Neighbors catch up over food truck bites (shout out to Iggy’s Doughboys & Chowder House). Cruisin’ Bruce spins old-school hits that set the perfect backdrop, and we have a 50/50 raffle. Bring yourself, friends/family, or your dog (and a canned good donation) – all our welcome!
There are three more chances for you to hang with us (July 14th, August 11th, & September 8th). Come for the cars, stay for the cause!
